The much-awaited match between two of the best teams of the IPL is finally over. On one side there was RCB who was having a tremendous batting lineup with some of the top batsmen like AB Devilliers, Virat Kohli and Brendon McCullum and on the other side, there was KKR who was having a great support of their crowd at their home ground Eden Gardens.
Everybody was expecting a rocking performance from the Royal Challengers Bangalore Team as they have acquired some of the great players like Quinton De Kock and Brendon McCullum while they have retained players like Virat Kohli, AB Devilliers and Sarfaraz Khan. But the match was not in RCB's favour because of the over of Nitish Rana in which He took the wickets of the skipper Virat Kohli and RCB's most popular Batsman AB Devilliers on the two consecutive balls. After that over the match slipped from the RCB's Hands and one after the other the RCB's players got out.
The RCB's total score was 176/7 and now it was KKR's turn to Bat and they were aggressive from the starting. Sunil Narine scored 50 in 19 balls and It was a perfect start for the KKR team and after this blockbuster start from Sunil Narine the KKR team easily chased the target and won the match in style.
Now after the match, Let us analyze who was the hero or the winner of the match and who was the villain or sinner of the match.
Winner
Nitesh Rana was the clear winner of the match as he changed the entire match by taking the wickets of AB Devilliers and Virat Kohli in two consecutive balls and in his batting part he scored 34 runs off 25 balls and it was an overall decent performance by Nitesh Rana.
Sinner
No offence to RCB's fans but according to me, Yuzvendra Chahal was the sinner of the match because RCB acquired him with a huge price of 6 crores and he didn't justify his worth in the match because he didn't take any wicket in the match but also gave 29 runs at an economy of 9.66.
